Daniel leads the Delivery Partner Management Innovation & Incubation within Microsoft’s Customer Experience and Success organization. His team has global responsibility for finding, testing, and implementing new ways of driving Customer Experiences with selected Delivery Partners (BPOs) in support of Microsoft’s mission to “empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more.”    

With over 25 years in the Customer Experience/Customer Service industry, Daniel joined Microsoft in 2005. Always working in Customer Service and Support areas, he began his Microsoft career in the LATAM region and later moved into global roles, orchestrating internal teams and partners. His passion for enabling others to do more has led him to create meaningful relationships across the industry, including with Teleperformance (one of Microsoft’s Delivery Partners). Over the years, he has pioneered new ways to maximize initiatives, such as Digital Skills, helping companies achieve more, faster, and on a global scale.
